Appointments & Scheduling
• We operate by appointment only - no walk-ins are allowed. This allows us to give each client our full attention.
• A strict 48-hour notice is required for reschedules or cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations will forfeit the session fee.
• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or rescheduling.
Payment & Fees
• All services are non-refundable, require a non-refundable but transferrable deposit and prices may change without notice.
• Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, card, Affirm, Klarna, AfterPay, Cherry Financing and HSA/FSA Payments.
• Pre-paid packages or memberships are subject to the same no-refund and cancellation policies.
Service & Results
• Results vary by individual; no outcomes are guaranteed.
• As a certified Trichologist and holistic practitioner, we do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication. Services are educational and supportive, and clients may be referred to licensed medical professionals if necessary.
• Clients should disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions prior to treatment.
Health & Safety
• Clients with contagious scalp conditions (e.g., infections, lice) cannot be treated.
• If you are experiencing any contagious symptoms (cough, sneezing, runny nose, fever, etc.) please reschedule your appointment.
• Our environment follows strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure your safety.
Environment & Conduct
• Children and pets are not permitted during appointments to maintain a safe, focused, and professional space.
• Professional and respectful behavior is expected. Sessions may be terminated if conduct is unsafe or disruptive.
Privacy & Confidentiality
• We work with only one client at a time, ensuring a private, personalized experience.
• All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential, including personal details, hair history, health information, and any other sensitive data.
• Photos or records taken for treatment purposes are securely stored and will not be shared without your explicit consent.
• Questions or concerns about privacy are always welcomed and addressed promptly.
Communication

• We typically respond within 1 hour during operating hours, and appreciate patience during non-operating hours and high-demand periods.
